The St James Parents and Friends Association (P&F) work together to improve college life.   During the course of the year the P&F can be found busily working away at a variety of functions including the annual Easter and Christmas parties.  Behind scenes the P&F meet once a month during school terms, meeting dates, times and locations are advertised in the College newsletter and on the College Facebook page. All members of the St James Community are welcome to attend meetings and become part of this group.


Representative Financial Support

The P&F  have a policy that relates to the support and funding for students that have attained representative honours in sport, music and the arts.  If your child has been successfully selected in one of these areas you may be eligible for a financial donation from the P&F.  To find out more or to make a claim please  download a submission form.  Completed forms can be submitted to the P&F via the College office.

Volunteering

Volunteers are always welcomed by the P&F.  When hosting events having a pool of volunteers that can be called upon to assist is very important to the smooth running of the event.  If you feel that you may be able to help on occasion for even as little as hour an hour please fill in the volunteer registration form below.
